I order the Kiswah Wall Art (WTC015) about 2 weeks ago. When it arrived it was the wrong item. Of course, I was upset. I messaged the company and got a quick response (within a few hours). They sent me a pre-paid return label and shipped the correct item immediately. It was an honest mistake and they were very apologetic.
